Wonders shall never cease oooo!!!
I am more than shock when I heard this story from one of the ushers of a certain church in the area of Oshodi Lagos
This happened yesterday's Sunday service
According to him (the usher) a random
Man walk in to the church by service hour
And said he have a testimony to share
Everybody was excited to hear his testimony
Because he is not a member and not known by any church member
Opportunity was given to him to share his testimony
He began:
Praise the Lord (response Amen)
He introduced himself and goes on
Quoting him:
I dey com back from East the other day and our car get accident and tumbled so tee e com stop
I thank God say I no die,
(Church praised God) he continued,
Na him after some time when I get my self I checked my phone, missed calls come plenty and na my wife, wey get Belle and e don dey time to born, I call am back tell am tok say I don they close
As I reach my house, I see my wife with wrapper and people gather, I ask my wife wetin they happen, she say our house don burn finish, say e no even commot anything, with her wrapper and Belle I carry am go one police station for our area go sleep, na him this morning her water break,
I carry am go hospital,
She born 2boys and 1girl
(Church members was very excited, praising God)
So na y I say make I come anything wey church go take support me God go bless you
The mic was drastically taken away from him
And was told to wait after the Service
He came out for every offering during the service
And even was anointed when it's was time to anoint regular tithers
So a well observed Worker in the church after service cited that since he has passed through hell this couple of days that the church will visit the mother and new miracle babies,
At least to pray for them
The man then said that the wife's babies kits was left behind at the police station where they slept last night,
Then the pastor of the church said OK let's drive to the station
he insisted he prefer rushing with bike
After some sensible convincing not to waste that money, instead use it for something else
He was isolated
The criminal has no any other option than to find a way to run,
He sat at one corner, knowing his plan has been thwarted
He then bail by making a fake call
Goes outside the gate
(Though the pastor doesn't want to get him busted)
And never seen again..
It's seems funny, but it's not
I decided to share this story to show you how far people will go for money
